For 2003-2006 models having a 50/50 3rd row bench, the tether anchor for 3C could be used instead for 3P – but never for 2 car seats at one time!

2010 Chevrolet Suburban – with lower anchors for 2C & 2P – which is problematic as if you install a car seat on 2P, you can’t fold that seat down to access the 3rd row.
