Nissan Versa

2012-2018 Nissan Versa sedan

The Versa sedan was modified slightly for 2012 – the only difference we can find is that the seat belt for 2C now buckles on the passenger side, rather than on the driver’s side as it did in the previous models. There is still no head restraint in 2C.

The seat belt buckles are on a fairly long piece of seat belt webbing – you may find the need to twist the buckle stalk (up to 3 full revolutions) to shorten it in order to get some car seats installed tightly – as shown here.

2007-2011 Nissan Versa sedan

The Versa was introduced in 2007 as a sedan and a hatchback. For information on the hatchback, please click here.

From 2007-2009 there were 2 versions of the back seat – one with an arm rest in 2C, the other without. The SL trim had the arm rest, all other versions had no arm rest.

There are head restraints in 2D & 2P that are adjustable and removable – and no head restraint in 2C. 2C is therefore not suitable for kids in backless boosters or adults.

All the seat belt buckles are flexible and are on a fairly long piece of seat belt webbing – you may find the need to twist the buckle stalk (up to 3 full revolutions) to shorten it in order to get some car seats installed tightly – as shown here.
