Starting for 2018, the Accent is only available as a sedan (it is no longer available as a hatchback). Sadly, with the redesign for 2018, there is now no head restraint in 2C – which means 2C can’t be used for kids in backless boosters or older kids/adults in a seat belt due to the risk of whiplash injuries.
2017 was the last model year the Accent was available as a hatchback as well as a sedan (starting for 2018, it is only a sedan).
