This model year saw the introduction of fixed, protruding, non-removable head restraints for all 3 rear seats… not ideal.
2006 saw the introduction of a head restraint for the center seat.
2004 saw the introduction of adjustable, removable head restraints for the side seats (as opposed to the fixed, non-removable head restraints available in older models).
2001 saw the introduction of a shoulder belt for 2C as well as lower anchors (LATCH) in 2D and 2P.
2000 saw the introduction of tether anchors for all 3 seats. This model year range has a lap belt in 2C.
