Retrofit a Tether

This video shows how to retrofit a tether anchor in a sedan that was made prior to 2000 (all vehicles 2000 and newer are required to come with tether anchors in at least 3 seating locations). The tether anchor hardware was obtained from the dealership – and in this vehicle there was already a pre-drilled hole in the metal package shelf along with a nut – all we had to do was screw the tether anchor in.
